Job Description
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for seeing that the daily warehouse operations are executed safely, efficiently, and compliantly. They align with the Warehouse Coordinator, Dock Coordinators, Inventory Coordinator, and the Palletizer Technicians to help achieve all warehouse KPI’s on a daily basis. They support and drive EE’s to maintain a clean and safe work environment at the facility reporting all deficiencies to the Warehouse Resource.
Factory Location: Zephyrhills, FL
Compensation: $26.93 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Day Shift, Tuesday - Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities/Duties:
• Positive attitude, Commitment and Dedication to the success of the business and culture of the team
• Execute Daily Dock operations, including inbound & outbound loads.
• Coordinate ABC slotting and Bin Management.
• Coordinate team breaks and coverage.
• Ensure daily warehouse KPI’s are met.
• Execute daily warehouse plan to include daily reporting and detailed shift hand offs.
• Organize and maintain the Loader SHO
• Communicate with Planning, Transport, Production and Palletizer teams to ensure daily targets are met.
• Vacation coverage for the following departments: Shipping, Receiving, Yard, Dock Office
• Monitor and react to loaded trailers in the yard impacted by environmental factors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse, dock office and yard.
• Able to operate the yard truck to move trailers to and from the docks and yard when necessary.
• Perform truck loading/unloading as required to ensure achievement of PPLH KPI.
• Support and drive positive results through commitment to the operational meeting (LWOR)
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet the current needs of the business.
• Maintain professional and positive interactions with carriers.
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years previous shipping & receiving experience
• Prior forklift experience
• Proficient computer skills, SAP experience.
• Organizational skills with the ability to continuously handle multiple people and tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment, helping to lead peers as needed.
• Able to work flexible schedule to cover team mates when necessary.
