Job Description

Primo Brands is seeking an innovative and results-driven Box Club Partnerships Manager to develop and execute data-driven strategies for acquisition of new Water Direct Delivery service customers through Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s online channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with box club partner leads, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and leverage data insights to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel at managing targets, budgets, testing new approaches, and delivering measurable growth in new customer acquisition, all while ensuring cohesive alignment with overall brand and performance goals. This position is a hybrid role located in Tampa, FL.

 

Pay Range: $97,677-$116,396. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1)Strategic Planning & Execution
•Develop and implement tailored new customer acquisition strategies for Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s, focusing on platform-specific opportunities and audience behaviors.
•Align digital initiatives with each partner’s promotional calendar, ensuring campaigns resonate with their customers and deliver measurable growth.
•Collaborate with internal teams—paid media, creative, analytics—to ensure campaigns support brand guidelines, performance objectives, and integrated customer acquisition efforts.
2)Relationship Management & Collaboration
•Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with box club digital teams, serving as the primary point of contact for all digital acquisition efforts.
•Work closely with internal sales leads to ensure cohesive strategies that integrate online acquisition goals with broader business objectives.
•Coordinate with the Performance Media Senior Manager and other team members to share insights, align across channels, and maintain a unified approach to acquisition.
3)Performance Monitoring & Optimization
•Continuously track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CPA, CTR, CVR) to identify areas for improvement and leverage insights to refine campaign strategies.
•Utilize data to optimize targeting, creative, and budget allocations, adapting campaigns to meet or exceed new customer acquisition targets.
•Collaborate with third-party agency partners to execute and enhance campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility, reach, and profitability.
4)Budget Management, Reporting & Innovation
•Manage dedicated acquisition budgets, strategically allocating spend to maximize return on investment and achieve defined KPIs.
•Develop reporting cadences and dashboards to communicate performance insights, progress against goals, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
•Lead innovation within the box club channel by researching emerging trends, testing new tools, and piloting cutting-edge
approaches to drive incremental customer growth and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
•5+ years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, or e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition.
•Demonstrated success in managing external partnerships, including third-party agencies and major retail/marketplace partners.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations (Experience with MS Office, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
•Experience in budget management, forecasting, and using insights to inform strategic decisions.
