Job Description

Primo Brands is seeking an IS/IT Sr. BA Sales, RGM, E-Commerce. This position is responsible for the development and support of IT solutions for Retail Sales, Revenue Growth Management and e-commerce.  This person will collaborate with key partners that include stakeholders in Sales, Revenue Management, Customer Service, Finance and Accounting. This position reports to our Director, Business Solutions - Retail & CS Solutions.

 

Pay Range: $92,672 - $101,967. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

•    Project Management: Lead and manage key projects related to Sales systems and processes, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and effective communication with stakeholders.
•    Retail e-Commerce Fulfillment: Manage day to day support while leading the design, implementation, expansion and improvement of Retail e-commerce order management and fulfilment processes to optimize process efficiency and enable sales growth.
•    Revenue Growth Management: Work with the RGM, Sales Finance and Business Service Center teams to design, implement, update and expand technology solutions that leverage AI, analytics and process automation to drive Sales Growth.
•    Sales Applications: Manage the retail sales application portfolio and associated stakeholders to deliver business value. Laise with the applications vendors to manage support and enhancements. 
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other key business functions to ensure seamless integration of system changes and business processes.
•    Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood, and changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.
•    Offshore Team Communication: Coordinate daily sustain activities with offshore support teams, ensuring ongoing support for operations and addressing any system or process issues.
•    IT Compliance: Manage the day-to-day activities required to ensure that applications within the span of control of this role are compliant with internal security and audit policies

Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include:
•    Bachelor's Degree required, IT or Business related preferred.
•    Proven experience in IT project management and delivery, with a focus on systems and process improvements, from vision to implementation.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable IT solutions. 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to articulate technical concepts into business terms.
•    2+ years of relevant professional experience in Sales / CRM systems in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
•    2+ years CPG Trade Management System experience required, SAP TPM knowledge preferred.
•    Strong understanding of SAP CRM Trade Promotion & Reporting data objects is desirable.
•    Experience with integration with SAP S/4 Hana.
•    Able to work in cross functional teams.
•    Self-motivated and results oriented with ability to work independently.
•    Able to work with minimal direction and seeks guidance as required.
•    Able to leverage professional problem-solving methods (e.g. Six Sigma) to identify root causes and improvement actions.
•    Measure key performance indicators to seek opportunities for continued improvements.
