Job Description

Primo Brands is looking for an IS/IT Sr. Business Analyst to be responsible for the development and support of IT solutions for the SAP Lead To Cash, Order Management process. This person will collaborate with key partners that include include Customer Service, Transportation and Finance. This will report to our Director, Business Solutions - Retail & CS Solutions.

 

Pay Range: $92,672 - $101,967. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
•    Process Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end lead-to-cash process, ensuring efficient order handling, accurate pricing, and timely fulfillment.
•    Order Management: Monitor the entire order lifecycle, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
•    Pricing Analysis: Support the development and maintenance of competitive pricing strategies, ensuring they align with company policies and market conditions.
•    EDI Coordination: Oversee EDI transactions and processes, ensuring seamless electronic data exchange with customers and suppliers.
•    Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
•    Offshore Team Communication: Coordinate with offshore teams on daily sustain activities, ensuring ongoing support for operations and addressing any system or process issues.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, IT, and supply chain teams to support integrated lead-to-cash operations.
•    Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood, and changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include:
•    Bachelor's Degree required, IT or Business related preferred.
•    Proven experience in IT project management and delivery, with a focus on systems and process improvements.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable IT solutions. 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to articulate technical concepts into business terms.
•    2+ years of relevant professional experience preferably in Consumer Goods (Retail) Industry.
•    3+ years SAP LTC knowledge Required.
•    Strong understanding of SAP LTC data objects is desirable.
•    Experience with integrations with SAP S/4 Hana.
•    Familiarity with EDI systems and processes.
•    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and collaborate with various departments.
•    Self-motivated and results oriented with ability to work independently.
•    Able to work with minimal direction and seeks guidance as required.
