Job Description

Primo Brands is currently seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A to be located in Stamford, CT and report to the Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A.

 

Pay Range: $144,420 - $176,300. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Work with functional leaders to assist in the management of the individual department budgets.
•    Act as the lead finance business partner to the Chief Information Officer, providing monthly analytics, budgeting and forecasting support for all organizational IT spend.
•    Reconciliation & analysis of forecasts to actual and prior forecast / plan.
•    Deliver quality reporting and Business Health Reviews on a monthly basis.
•    Support the tracking and reporting of productivity and integration-related initiatives.
•    Build and maintain dashboards and reports of operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize metrics to inform business planning.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•    Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles.
•    Proven expertise in productivity reporting, including development of KPIs and dashboards that track workforce efficiency, operational output, and financial return by function or department.
•    Experience in cost center management, including budget ownership, variance analysis, cost allocation methodologies, and monthly reporting across multiple departments or business units.
•    Strong ability to identify and resolve data quality and system functionality issues.
•    Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally, particularly with operations leaders, to drive accountability, improve margins, and support informed business decisions at the department level.
•    Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required, with experience in Essbase, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI, or similar tools for visualization and reporting. 
•    Comfortable engaging directly with senior executives, presenting financial insights, strategic risks, and opportunities clearly and confidently.
