Job Description
The Primo Brands Customer Life Cycle Team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Demand Generation & E-Commerce Intern to support our Demand Generation and eCommerce Team in executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing paid media campaigns, and assisting with e-commerce operations. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in demand generation, digital advertising, and eCommerce while working alongside a dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, data analysis, and e-commerce growth.
Duration: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025. Must be available for the first week (6/2 - 6/6), the last week (8/4 - 8/8) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/9 - 8/1. Any known absence must be communicated in advance to Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager.
Schedule/Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 30-40 hours per week during the 10-week program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media & Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and display networks.
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitive strategies, and industry best practices to support campaign strategy.
- Help analyze campaign performance data, tracking key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions, and provide insights for optimization.
- Support the creation and testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
E-Commerce Execution & Optimization:
- Assist with product listings, content updates, and promotional execution on owned e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).
- Monitor and update product pages, ensuring accurate pricing, imagery, and descriptions to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Support merchandising efforts, including homepage promotions, category organization, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Help track e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights on sales trends, customer behavior, and conversion opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with the paid media, e-commerce, and CLM team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Assist in the execution site improvements to improve ad performance and e-commerce conversion rates.
- Support the development of reporting dashboards and presentations summarizing marketing performance and insights.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, paid media, and e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint; experience with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
