Job Description
The Container Manufacturing Resource together with the Container Manufacturing Manager is responsible for supervising maintenance and production technicians for high-speed bottling operations.

Salary: $74,310 - $83,546 commensurate with experience and qualifications.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee maintenance scheduling, reporting, continuous improvement, standard creation and execution

Oversee project management
-
Oversee warehousing of assets for in house and outgoing raw materials

Responsible for all plant Container Manufacturing operations including injection and blowmolding

Train, coach, teach, develop a team of 40+ technicians and mechanics

Provide development opportunities to technicians through cross-training initiatives and setting clear objectives.
Qualifications
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
-
Background with preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing.

Intermediate technical training or education
-
Background with hydraulics and pneumatics. Must have excellent all-around maintenance skills and experience in areas such as industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission, and fluid piping systems.

Must have good computer skills including computerized maintenance management systems, working knowledge of MS Office Application, and PLCs (Plant Automation Systems).

Must have good troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

Must have experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and be able to handle many responsibilities.

Must be able to adapt to changes and drive team through challenges
-
Must be highly motivated and a proven and effective leader.

Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent follow-up capabilities

Experience with plant support equipment a plus (air compressors, pumps, chillers, boilers.)

Bachelor's degree with Engineering or Industrial Technology major preferred.
-
2-4 years of successful current experience in supervising a technical team for high-speed, injection or blowmolding manufacturer (beverage, food or pharmaceutical manufacturing).

PLC (Allen Bradley) troubleshooting and programming a plus. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) a plus - MP2.
