Job Description
Sign on Bonus: $1500
$1500 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment
Pay Range: $23.63 – 24.63 / hour
Compensation breakdown: Starting pay $23.63, 24.13 after 90 days, and $24.63 after 180 days with successful review.
Shift differential of $1.00 paid for applicable shifts
Schedule: 12 hour shift, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, rotational schedule

BlueTriton Brands Poland Spring factory is currently seeking applicants for a Yard Utility position at the Kingfield, Maine facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate a forklift to perform shipping / receiving activities in a fast paced environment
- Operate a yard truck accurately and efficiently to move trailers from the yard to a shipping door for shipment
- Perform in the role of Dock Coordinator as needed
- Managing minute-to-minute shipping / receiving activities
- Prioritize and organize workload using PC, SAP, communication, and time management skills
- Work self-directed and with minimal supervision to accomplish daily tasks
- Drive Operation Results
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Current and valid CDL A Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred
- Experience working in a team environment with good communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Able to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed
- Ability to operate Industrial equipment
