Pay: $24.00 / hour

Shift Differential: $1.00 / hour for applicable hours worked

Schedule: 12 hour shifts, Nights 6:00 pm - 6:30 am or Days 6:00 am - 6:30 pm 


Duties

Perform basic maintenance and operation of fillers, labelers, case packers, and wrappers, including changeover, cleaning, and troubleshooting
Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, productivity, downtime, and other key metrics including preventative maintenance, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output
Complete hourly quality checks and inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading
Cross train to perform work on other lines
Follow BlueTriton Brands Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards 
Work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, or schedule based on production demand.
Performs relief duties and vacation coverage when required
General housekeeping in all areas of production as assigned

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Reading, writing, basic math and strong verbal communication skills
Ability to operate a computer and all necessary programs (MS Office and SAP)

Physical Requirements

Ability to move/lift products various times during a 12 hour shift (weight up to 60 lbs. average)
Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
