Job Description
We are currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Analyst to be located in Coppell, TX and report to the Retail Customer Service Supervisor.
This is a Hybrid position, with three days in the office and two days remote!
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• The Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for managing stock allocations as required in order to prevent shortages to customer sales orders.
• Allocations are based on business rules and customer prioritization provided by Sales and Demand & Supply Planning to reflect commercial strategies.
• This position collaborates with cross-functional business partners to align on actions to mitigate the out of stock risk, while managing customer expectations proactively.
• Understands parameters that have an impact on the allocation process.) and manages the settings in cross-functional alignment
• Analyzes data to perform Customer Behavior, trend and risk analysis taking in account inputs from Demand & Supply Planning, Sales, Customer and Service Strategy as well to determine out of stock risks. Helps to drive identification of actions (i.e. maintenance of quota, preventing issues in transportation in case big demand is detected, highlighting if customer didn't submit order despite of forecast).
• Participates in Demand & Supply Review Meetings to support in collaboration and alignment of actions to solve for out of stock situations.
• Executes strategies to ensure stock allocation based on business priorities and customer prioritization
• Identifies and executes mitigation action to allocate inventory to sales orders to prevent shortages while leveraging respective GLOBE functionalities.). Escalates to and engages other functions when required to determine mitigation actions. This may include resourcing orders to prevent out-of-stocks at the direction of Planning Team.
• Communicates potential shortages to Customer Solution Analyst for mitigation actions that require customer contact and issue resolution
• Ensures timely delivery note creation and application of appropriate reason codes for unconfirmed items

Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
• 2 – 4 years experience in Supply Chain preferred (e.g. Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, Demand and Supply Planning etc.)
• SAP, MS Office Suite including but not limited to excel, power bi and access highly preferred
• Strong Customer Service mindset and passion for delighting customers internally and externally
• Ability to build effective relationships with business partners
• Proactively seeks continuous process and service improvements
• Must enjoy working in a team-based environment
• Strong result-orientation
