Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Dispenser Processor at our Charlotte, NC facility.
Compensation: $23.00 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Hours: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, 1st Shift

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Participate as a team member in a high volume, light manufacturing environment.
- Packaging equipment, loading raw materials, equipment washing, quality control inspections and data recording.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation utilizing 5S standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Interact with production team members, quality control and maintenance technicians to maximize output and efficiency.
- Support the plant to ensure compliance to the Primo Brands Food Safety Management System and all other food safety and product quality programs
- Teamwork, cooperation, leadership, initiative, self-directed, integrity, analysis (problem solving) judgement (problem solving) strong communication skills, planning & organizing, respect for others, safety commitment and attention to detail.
- Provide vacation coverage to team members
- Able to demonstrate his/her commitment to Primo Brands Management System, Food Safety, Environment and Safety and Health and the Leadership Principles Primo Brands to manage and improve T&P/SC
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs
- Must be able to assemble, wash and sanitize various units as required using the established procedure
- Perform and record activity on workstation
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products
- Read and use manuals and diagrams
- Record and chart production output and equipment downtime
- Solve problems in independent and team settings
- Capable of using a pneumatic or battery operated drill
- Work safely with and around chemicals such as cleaning agents & sanitizers.
- Ability to move/lift, lower or rise from ground or above ground level objects weighing up to 75 lbs for short periods of time and moving by pushing, pulling or carrying over a distance up to 100 feet
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Ability to work independently or with a team with solid communication skills
